N.B.  1. rooms will be assigned on a “first-come, first-served” basis;
2. the above rates per night include taxes and breakfast;
3.forms received without payment will not be taken into consideration;
4. a voucher will be sent by TRE EMME upon receipt of the first night deposit;
5. once single rooms have been completely sold out, double rooms for single rooms will be automatically assigned;
6. no shows will be charged for one night’s cost;
7. if booking dates are not indicated TRE EMME will presume arrival on September 17 and departure September 20, 2002.
8. Please note that charges will only be made in the event that you fail to arrive at your hotel and have not cancelled your booking
9.The above rates include shuttle buses from the hotels to the conference center and back

* After September 9th, 2002 we cannot guarantee the accommodation. Currently there is much more availability in four star hotels than in three star hotels (please note that September is high season period).
