The Marble Gallery
Over three hundred large samples (format: 75x60) of the most important types of marble, granite and ornamental stone from Italy and the rest of the world, make this the richest display of marble in Italy.
In the four corridors of the gallery it is possible to view over one hundred types of marble quarried in the Apuan Alps, along with conspicuous samples of marbles from Tuscany, Liguria and Piemonte. In the last corridor travertines, ornamental stones and Italian and foreign granites are displayed.
