The goal of EUD-NET
is promoting end-user development
principles and practices through a mix of outreach activities, which
include workshops and participation in major international meetings.
The purposes of the workshops are:

To review the progress of the network and the state of the
deliverables |

To exchange methods, best practice and experiences |
|
To establish close connections between academic and industrial
actors in order to proceed from theory to practice, going from
abstract methodologies and criteria to real prototypes and products |
The first EUD-NET
workshop was held on 23 and 24 September at C.N.R.
Research Area in Pisa (Italy).
The second EUD-NET
workshop took place at Philips Research in Eindhoven (The
Netherlands) on 16 and 17 January 2003. |
The last EUD-NET workshop
was held at Schloss Birlinghoven in Sankt Augustin
(Germany) on 6 and 7 October 2003 |
The EUD-NET Review meeting
took place at European Commission head quarters in Brussels (Belgium) on
Thursday November 6th, 2003. |
